Two 1-hour strategy/consultation calls leading up to each shoot.

(The 60 video package can be broken up into two separate shoot days 30 days apart or two days back to back depending on the client’s wishes.)

PRE-PRODUCTION
CONSULTATION CALLS
Our team will collaborate with your team twice before the day of the shoot.
On the first call we will cover specific logistics, such as who we will be shooting, when and where the shoot will take place etc…
We will also assign homework to your team to come up with topics or questions that we can ask during the shoot.
On the second call we will finalize logistics and the topics/questions that will be covered during the shoot(s).
LOGISTICS & CONSIDERATIONS
We will take a deeper dive into the following during our consulting calls.
Lighting needs to be a consideration here, if you have large windows with natural light we will most likely try to avoid those rooms as the unpredictable light will wreak havoc with our cameras’ meters, exposure, etc…
Shooting outdoors in most cases should be avoided. We can shoot outdoors but there are multiple variables that come into play surrounding audio and lighting that will complicate the shooting and editing process.
Audio – We don’t need to be in a sound-treated space, but it’s best to avoid boomy rooms. Most office spaces are great as far as audio is considered.
DAY OF THE SHOOT
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Our videographer will arrive one hour prior to the first shoot and set up the cameras, lights, and audio recording devices.
On one day we will answer 30 questions.
We can shoot in up to 3 different areas at your location.
Each shoot will include a 2 camera shoot, small lighting set up and a teleprompter (if required.) Each shoot will include 1 SME answering questions.
We will answer 10 questions in 2 hours. Each answer should be 60 seconds or less. We will most likely do 3 different takes of each question/answer.
AFTER THE SHOOT
EDITING & REVISIONS
One video will be edited to your specifications and uploaded for your review within 10 business days of the shoot.
Any revisions will be made and sent back to you within 48 hours.
There are 3 sets of revisions for any 30-video package.
COMPLIMENTARY
ADD-ONS & EXTRAS
Teleprompter: If you’re more comfortable reading from a script a teleprompter can be added.
Music Beds can be added free of charge, or you can have the videos without music.
Captions: All videos will contain captions matching your brand guidelines as far as font/color is concerned unless otherwise requested.
PREMIUM ADD-ONS & EXTRAS
Fancy Captions: (Captions including transitions, emojis, icons, etc..)
B-roll: (we will provide stock footage or footage is to be provided by client.)
Thumbnails: These can be baked into the video or provided as a separate file, or both.
Distribution: This includes writing descriptions of the videos and scheduling them to the appropriate social media platforms.
Travel: If travel is necessary that will be assessed and included in your initial quote so there will be no costs added on to your original package quote.
Script Writing: So you have bullet points, but you’re more comfortable reading from a script? No Problem. We’ll provide the Teleprompter free of charge and are happy to write your script from your bullet points for an added fee.
